2月9日，辽宁盘锦一商铺里的消火栓管道破损，消火栓管道里的水从二楼流下，一楼放置的物品被泡受损。户主王女士说，当时进去的时候看到消防栓管道在往外喷水，隔壁一家饭店的管道也破了，两家都没有取暖，物业初步分析管道是冻破的，除了房屋受损以外，还有个人物品和一些货物。目前，受损商户正在跟管理商铺的物业就损失赔偿等问题进行协商。
