在2025年年初，据知情人士爆料称中国电信曾提出过“2025年产业数字化收入增幅力争达到8%”的经营目标。如今一年时间过去，不知是否实现了这一目标？
据透露，截至2025年底，中国电信产数业务收入同比增幅尚不到1%。
显然，中国电信去年并未实现提出的目标。
值得一提的是，去年全年更有11家省公司产数业务收入下滑，也就是占集团的三分之一，包括甘肃电信、吉林电信、河北电信、内蒙古电信、江西电信等等。其中甘肃电信、吉林电信等更是同比降幅超15%。
可见，当前中国电信产数业务发展十分不乐观。
此前，产数业务也是中国电信政企业务收入重要的增长引擎，如今，这一“引擎”似乎已陷入增长困境。
运营商财经网通信业务部主任刘慧敏表示，当前产数业务面临转型成本高、回报周期长，而当前的经济环境下，企业更倾向于保生存的基础诉求，这对产数业务的需求增长有很大影响。同时，三大运营商之间同质化竞争严重，价格战此起彼伏，对于行业发展而言都是巨大阻力。
