Workday CEO Carl Eschenbach To Leave, Shares Down

Feb 9 (Reuters) - Workday WDAY.O said on Monday co-founder Aneel Bhusri will return as the company's CEO and Carl Eschenbach will step down from the role, effective immediately.

Shares of the company fell more than 6% in premarket trading.

The move comes as the human resources software provider looks to leverage artificial intelligence to stand out amid strong competition from rivals looking to grow market share.
