智通财经APP讯，天立国际控股(01773)发布公告，公司获本公司执行董事、主席兼行政总裁罗实先生(罗先生)通知，于2026年2月9日，罗先生于公开市场交易购买合共 100万股本公司普通股(股份)，占本公司已发行股份总数(即21.09亿股)约0.05%，平均价格为每股股份约港币2.82元。紧随购买后，罗先生直接及间接持有本公司共9.28亿股股份，占本公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数(不包括于本公告日期已回购但尚未注销的1322.7万股及本公司持有的530万股库存股份)约44.36%。罗先生亦已根据购股权计划获授3000万份购股权，使其有权认购3000万股股份，该等购股权于本公告日期概无行使。
据罗先生告知，彼对本集团的业务前景及展望充满信心。在符合适用的法律及监管要求下，罗先生不排除会在适当时候进一步增持本公司股份的可能性。
