智通财经APP讯，宜宾银行(02596)发布公告，本行近日收到国家金融监督管理总局四川监管局下发的《四川金融监管局关于黄崇颖宜宾市商业银行股份有限公司董事任职资格的批复》(川金监复[2026]42号)及《四川金融监管局关于章欣宜宾市商业银行股份有限公司董事任职资格的批复》(川金监复[2026]43号)，国家金融监督管理总局四川监管局已核准章欣先生(章先生)和黄崇颖女士(黄女士)担任本行非执行董事的任职资格。根据相关规定，章先生和黄女士自2026年2 月9日起担任本行非执行董事。
因此自同日起，肖玉烽女士不再担任本行非执行董事，亦不再担任董事会战略与资产负债管理委员会委员、提名及薪酬委员会委员及风险管理委员会委员职务。
