智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，2月9日，烯石电车新材料(06128)股东将股票由昌利证券转入香港上海汇丰银行，转仓市值917.83万港元，占比11.47%。
烯石电车新材料发布公告，于2026年2月3日，公司全资附属公司Allied Apex已与创驰其中一名股东严博订立买卖协议，据此Allied Apex将会向严博收购创驰40%已发行股本，代价为现金150万港元。收购事项将于该协议日期起计14天内完成，且于完成时，创驰将由Allied Apex、严博及王升分别拥有58%、21%及21%。于完成时，创驰将会成为公司的间接非全资附属公司，因此，创驰集团将于集团财务报表综合入账。
