智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，2月9日，国恩科技(02768)股东将股票由摩根士丹利香港证券转入华泰香港，转仓市值6863.28万港元，占比5.53%。
2月4日，国恩科技正式在港交所挂牌上市，上市首日即获纳入港股通。招股书显示，公司是一家专注于化工新材料及明胶、胶原蛋白上下游产品的中国供应商。公司服务于化工行业及大健康行业，主要从事工业及商业用途产品的研发、生产及销售。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，于2024年，按销售收入计，国恩科技是中国第二大的有机高分子改性材料及有机高分子复合材料企业，市场份额为 2.5%。
