Health care stocks were mixed pre-bell Tuesday, with the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) down 0.1% and the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) advancing by 0.1%.
AstraZeneca (AZN) shares were up more than 1% after the company reported higher Q4 core earnings and revenue.
Philips (PHG) stock was up nearly 8% after the company posted higher Q4 adjusted income from continuing operations and sales.
Incyte (INCY) shares were more than 4% lower after the company reported Q4 adjusted earnings per share that missed analysts' expectations.
