据悉，卧安机器人是家庭机器人系统全球提供商，主要市场包括日本、欧洲及北美，并致力于构建以智慧家庭机器人产品为核心的生态系统。根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，按2024年的零售额计算，公司在家庭机器人系统提供商中排名全球第一，市场份额为11.9%。值得一提的是，2026年3月港股通名单即将迎来新一轮调整，本次调整名单预计将于2026年2月20日收盘后公布。据多家券商预测，卧安机器人有望被纳入港股通。
天风证券研报指出，公司是全球居家机器人系统行业的先行者，凭借执行增强型机器人及感知决策系统领域的深厚专利壁垒，已建立覆盖全球90多个国家、连接超1,000万台设备的领先品牌认知，成长为全球龙头。本次上市募资将用于强化研发投入、扩张全球全渠道网络及加强品牌推广，有望通过“智能单品→系统生态”的跨越，持续释放全球化增长潜力。
