Kyndryl (KD) shares sank 54% amid heavy trading after the company reported Monday fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue below analysts' estimates, and lowered its full-year fiscal 2026 adjusted pretax income forecast.

Intraday trading volume soared to over 39.9 million shares from a daily average of roughly 2.24 million.

Novo Nordisk (NVO) said Monday it has filed a lawsuit against Hims & Hers (HIMS) for alleged patent infringement over the telehealth company's mass marketing of unapproved versions of Novo's semaglutide products, Wegovy and Ozempic.

In addition, Hims & Hers said over the weekend it would stop offering a version of Wegovy.

Shares of Hims & Hers dropped 19%, with intraday trading volume at over 104.5 million versus a daily average of roughly 18.2 million.

Waters (WAT) has completed the acquisition of the biosciences and diagnostic solutions businesses of Becton, Dickinson (BDX), the companies said Monday.

Separately, Waters said it established four new business divisions focused on analytical sciences, biosciences, advanced diagnostics, and materials sciences after the transaction.

Waters shares were down 12%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 1.5 million from the stock's daily average of about 543,000.
