汇聚科技宣布，拟配售1.08亿股，每股配售价15.22港元，较上一交易日收盘价折让14.97%，所得款项净额16.345亿港元，约50%用于支持集团的战略投资及收购；约30%用于集团发展全球业务及扩展海外业务；及约20%用于营运资金及一般企业用途，以支持本集团业务营运及增长。
中信建投近期发布研报称，汇聚科技深度绑定谷歌等龙头CSP，MPO光电互连核心赛道受益于800G/1.6T光模块升级及CPO演进；AI服务器JDM/ODM业务快速放量，叠加收购Leoni汽车线缆布局高端汽车电子，去年上半年营收按年升82.1%。
