Shares of ASX (ASX:ASX) were down past 5% in recent Wednesday trade after it said in a late Tuesday filing that Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Helen Lofthouse resigned, effective May, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company has started a search process to identify its next CEO, the filing said.
