路透2月10日 - 西南航空LUV.N周二表示，代表激进投资者埃利奥特投资管理公司（Elliott Investment Management）的两名董事将从董事会卸任，2 月 23 日起生效。
离任董事大卫-库什（David Cush）和格雷格-萨雷茨基（Gregg Saretsky）分别是维珍美国航空（Virgin America）的前任首席执行官和西捷航空（WestJet）的前任首席执行官，他们于2024年10月与埃利奥特提名的其他三名候选人一起被任命为董事会成员， (link)。
