Dexus Industria Reports Lower Fiscal 2026 Half-Yearly FFO, Revenue

Dexus Industria (ASX:DXI) reported Wednesday fiscal first-half 2026 funds from operations of AU$0.089 per security, down from AU$0.091 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected FFO of AU$0.089.

Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31 was AU$32.9 million, compared with AU$34.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$52.8 million.

The company slightly raised its fiscal 2026 funds from operations outlook to AU$0.174 per security.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect FFO of AU$0.173 per security.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.042 per share, up from AU$0.041 a year earlier, payable Feb. 19 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 31.
