智通财经APP讯，博雷顿(01333)发布公告，于2026年2月10日，公司间接非全资附属公司 AFRICA POWER PLATFORM II LIMITED(非洲电力平台公司，作为采购方)与一名独立第三方GREEN POWER TECHNOLOGIE(绿色电力科技公司，作为供应商)订立了一份储能系统设备采购合同，内容有关刚果(金)如瓦西微电网项目的设备采购、供应及相关服务。同日，公司(作为担保人)就采购方在采购合同项下的付款义务向供应商出具了一份不可撤销的连带责任保证函。采购产品主要包括储能电池柜、PCS及支架、光伏逆变器、辅助变压器、智能电站管理系统、微网控制器及相关软件，以及必要的辅料与备件。
