EROAD CEO to Step Down; Shares Fall 3%

EROAD (ASX:ERD, NZE:ERD) said that Chief Executive Mark Heine has advised the board of his decision to resign and will step down from the role in June, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

The board will initiate a recruitment process to appoint a new CEO, the filing added.

The company's shares on the New Zealand bourse fell 3% in recent Thursday trade.
