NetSTREIT Raises Dividend by 2.3%

NetSTREIT raised its quarterly dividend by 2.3%, to 22 cents a share.

The Dallas real-estate investment trust said Tuesday it would pay the new dividend on March 31 to shareholders of record as of March 16.

The new payout, equal to 88 cents a year, represents an annual yield of 4.6% based on Tuesday's closing price of $19.28.
