Stocks to Watch: Moderna, Lyft, Cloudflare, Angi

Moderna said the FDA refused to review its new flu vaccine. Shares fell 6.4% to $39.32 in after-hours trading Tuesday.

Lyft's active riders and rides missed Wall Street estimates in the latest quarter. The stock shed 15% to $14.24 after the bell.

Cloudflare narrowed its loss in the fourth quarter as AI is driving demand for its services. Shares rose 14% to $205.99.

Angi expects sales to keep falling in the first quarter, as its fourth-quarter sales and profit missed expectations. The stock dropped 23% to $9.19.
