ChainCatcher 消息，Tether 美国子公司 CEO、前白宫加密顾问 Bo Hines 表示，随着 USDT 及新推出的稳定币 USAT 需求持续增长，Tether 预计将在今年进一步增加美国国债（T-bills）持仓，并有望成为全球前十大美债买家之一。
数据显示，USDT 目前为市值最大的稳定币，流通规模约 1,850 亿美元。根据最新储备证明，Tether 约 83.11% 的储备资产配置于美国国债，总规模超过 1,220 亿美元。Hines 表示，这一规模已使 Tether 在美国财政部外国持有者排名中位列前二十，介于德国与沙特之间。Hines 还透露，自 2014 年推出以来，USDT 用户规模已达到约 5.3 亿，目前以每季度约 3,000 万用户的速度增长。
