智通财经APP讯，WING ON CO(00289)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度将取得应拨归股东亏损约为3.285亿港元，相对比截至2024年12月31日止年度则为9.19亿港元。
如不计算本集团投资物业估值净损失及有关递延税项，本集团亦预期截至2025年12月31日止年度将取得应拨归股东基本溢利增加约42.6%至约6.12亿港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则为4.29亿港元。
截至2025年12月31日止年度，本集团于香港及澳洲墨尔本的投资物业收入预期减少约19.1%至约2.96亿港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则为3.66亿港元，主要由于租户对写字楼需求疲弱导致租金及出租率下跌。
截至2025年12月31日止年度，本集团百货业务预期取得亏损约为6410万港元，相对比截至2024年12月31日止年度则为6000万港元，主要由于香港不利的零售经营环境，导致店铺顾客流量减少及消费力下降。
