星展香港：料今年贷款会有单位数的升幅不良贷款率呈下降趋势

智通财经APP获悉，星展香港去年贷款按年增长1%至3780亿港元，而存款增长10%至5220亿港元，不良贷款比率(NPL ratio)由前年的1.57%，增至去年的2.16%。星展北亚区主管及星展香港行政总裁庞华毅预期，该行今年NPL ratio会呈下降趋势，但未有作出具体预测；同时，他估计，该行今年贷款会有单位数的升幅。

庞华毅料，美联储今年分别在6月及9月各减息25点子，全年合共减50点子，故预料该行今年净息差(NIM)或有机会减少10-12个点子。星展香港去年净息差由前年的1.8%，增至1.82%。

星展香港董事总经理兼财务总监陈立珊于记者会表示，去年NPL ratio上升主要来自一间房内民企，该行现时对内地贷款比例已降至7%，当中5%为国企，民企只占少于10亿港元。

陈立珊表示，星展香港对香港商业房地产(CRE)贷款多年维持约27%，当中包括具实力的蓝筹企业、有投资级别的公司等，该行对这类贷款十分审慎，并已作充足准备，兼会继续物色优质的客户。

对于香港中小企，庞华毅表示，星展香港一如以往支持香港中小企发展，但预期中小企今年的经营情况如去年一样面对压力，主要因为港人北上消费、内地旅客来港消费降级，但随着工商铺的租金下调，慢慢会达至一个平衡点，届时中小企的经营情况会好转，但料需数年时间才实现。
