** Sub-index up tracking a strong overnight run by Wall Street tech stocks, with software companies rebounding from recent losses, and chipmakers rallying after Amazon forecast a sharp increase in spending on AI infrastructure .N
** Software providers Wisetech WTC.AX and TechnologyOne TNE.AX add between 3.3% and 3.8%, while data centre developer NEXTDC NXT.AX climbs 5.9%
** AXIJ down 17.7% YTD after shedding 21% in 2025
