消息面上，2月5日，卫材株式会社与复宏汉霖联合宣布，双方已就抗PD-1抗体斯鲁利单抗在日本市场达成独家商业化协议，并签订联合独家开发与生产许可协议。卫材将向复宏汉霖支付7500万美元的首付款，最高可达8001万美元的监管里程碑付款，以及最高可达2.333亿美元的销售里程碑付款；复宏汉霖还将根据产品销售额获得两位数百分比的特许权使用费。
2月6日，复宏汉霖执行董事、首席执行官朱俊博士表示，复宏汉霖从三年前就开始对日本市场进行战略性布局并组建了当地团队，原拟自行进行汉斯状在日本的上市及商业化工作，之所以放弃原计划，转而与卫材进行“出海”合作，主要是因为卫材给出的报价“非常有诚意”。
