ASMPT (HKG:0522) said Chief Executive Officer Robin Gerard Ng Cher Tat will retire from his role and step down from the board at the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting on May 7, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Ng will remain in his role as chief executive on an interim basis to support an orderly transition while the board searches for a successor, the company said.
