新浪科技讯 2月10日上午消息，近日有网友发帖称，驾驶特斯拉在高速上行驶，续航还有72公里时车辆突然失去动力被降速。
该网友表示，当时车速只能60km/h，并且车上还有孕妇、老人、小孩， 十分危险。于是马上把双闪开启靠右紧急车道上，但续航还有60公里时自动断电，连双闪都无法开启。
据她描述，在向特斯拉官方售后反馈之后，工作人员表示，电池已经过保不稳定，可以帮忙预约检测，但需要自费。工作人员还提醒称，开高速续航剩余100公里就要充电。
她质疑称，可以接受电池损耗，但是表显还剩下70多公里就断电无法接受。“这不都是正常的范围吗？要是知道100公里都是空电，谁还买电车？”
