智通财经APP获悉，中国儒意(00136)早盘涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.16%，报2.24港元，成交额5438.32万港元。
消息面上，中国儒意近日宣布，与爱诗科技达成战略合作，并对其进行1420万美元战略投资。双方将基于爱诗科技的视频生成大模型技术与中国儒意的丰富IP资源及产业经验，共同探索“AI+内容”的下一代文娱生态。
根据合作内容，爱诗科技将获得儒意(拥有《唐探1900》等作品)的优质版权授权，共同开发针对专业影视制作的AI工具；同时，将推动儒意旗下的“南瓜电影”在内容创作与运营上的智能化升级，并联手“景秀游戏”探索AI视频生成技术在游戏玩法与互动体验上的创新应用。此外，双方还将重点开展多模态智能体(Agent)的联合研发，致力于在实时交互与情感化交互等前沿方向取得突破。
