Koppers Holdings is increasing its quarterly dividend by about 13%, to 9 cents a share, from 8 cents.
The new payout, equal to 36 cents a year, represents a 1.1% annual yield based on the wood-products and carbon-compounds company's Tuesday closing price of $33.20.
"This latest increase to our dividend is driven and supported by our confidence in the growth and sustainability of our free cash flow outlook," Chief Executive Leroy Ball said.
The dividend will be paid on March 23 to shareholders of record as of March 6.
