智通财经APP获悉，中国安储能源(02399)涨超10%，截至发稿，涨9.23%，报0.71港元，成交额1251.05万港元。
消息面上，近日，中国安储能源发布公告，该公司拟向宁夏晋欣胜辉能源科技有限公司收购吴忠市瑞储科技有限公司100%股权，代价人民币6400万元(可予下调)。
据悉，目标公司主要从事的经营项目为位于中国宁夏回族自治区中部吴忠市辖下同心县的电化学储能电站项目。该项目由20个模组化储能单元及540个186千瓦╱372千瓦时的能源模组组成，采用锂离子电池技术实现高效充放电循环，以实现灵活的能源储存及释放。电站总装机容量约达100兆瓦╱200兆瓦时，定位为大型公用事业级储能设施，可支援区域电网稳定性及可再生能源整合。
公告称，该项目属大型公用事业级储能设施，可支援区域电网稳定性及可再生能源整合，并能透过向国家电网提供削峰移载服务、频率调节及辅助服务创造稳定收益。
