Solar panel manufacturer CECEP Solar Energy's (SHE:000591) unit, China Energy Conservation Solar Technology, acquired Jinhua Fengling New Energy Development for 527.4 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.
The solar power services provider was bought from Hangzhou Fengling Power Technology.
Fengling New Energy owns the 600-megawatt agro-photovoltaic solar power project in the Chinese city of Jinhua.
