智通财经APP讯，中生北控生物科技(08247)公布，由于杨鹏先生、高光侠博士、沈胜博士、沈佐君教授及何欣博士的董事任期已于股东特别大会上届满且彼等均因希望投入更多时间在其他事务而不愿意接受重新委任，(a)杨鹏先生、高光侠博士、沈胜博士均不再担任非执行董事;(b) 沈佐君教授不再担任独立非执行董事、薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会及提名委员会各自的成员;及(c)何欣博士不再担任独立非执行董事、审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员，均自2026年2月9日起生效。
相关委任获股东于股东特别大会上批准后，康睿女士已获委任为非执行董事及金腾川教授已获委任为独立非执行董事，执行董事兼总裁陈鹏先生已获委任为主席，陈正永先生不再担任主席，惟仍将担任执行董事;均自2026年2月9日起生效。
