证券日报网讯 2月9日，复旦张江发布公告称，公司首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市项目（以下简称“本项目”）的保荐机构为国泰海通证券股份有限公司（以下简称“国泰海通”），本项目法定持续督导期间为2020年6月19日至2023年12月31日，郑干国先生、陈恒瑞先生为本项目持续督导期间的保荐代表人。因公司募集资金尚未使用完毕，根据相关规定，国泰海通将继续对公司募集资金相关事项开展持续督导工作。公司于近日收到国泰海通出具的《关于更换上海复旦张江生物医药股份有限公司持续督导保荐代表人的函》。本项目原保荐代表人之一郑干国先生因工作变动原因，不再担任本项目的保荐代表人。为保证持续督导工作的有序进行，国泰海通现委派李沁杭先生接替郑干国先生担任公司的保荐代表人，继续履行持续督导职责。本次变更后，本项目的保荐代表人为陈恒瑞先生、李沁杭先生。
