智通财经APP讯，环球印馆(08448)及要约人DigitalIntelligence Holdings Limited联合公布，董事会获该等卖方告知，于2026年2月9日，要约人(作为买方)与该等卖方(New Metro Inc.、许清耐先生、周文强先生)订立买卖协议，据此，该等卖方有条件同意出售，而要约人则有条件同意收购销售股份的全部法定及实益所有权及权益(合共6541.05万股股份)，占本公司于本联合公告日期已发行股本总额约65.54%，总代价为2289.37万港元，相当于每股销售股份0.35港元。
