智通财经APP讯，数盟资本(08375)公布，公司于阿拉伯联合酋长国迪拜酋长国注册成立的间接全资附属公司New World Resources Trading – FZCO已于2026年2月11日与智云(08521)直接全资附属公司智云旷士有限公司订立合作框架协议，以建立有关采购及供应云端运算及互联网流量服务的战略合作框架。
根据协议，New World Resources与智云旷士已协定(其中包括)：(a)New World Resources 应在符合进一步协议的前提下，按优先基准向智云旷士采购云端运算及互联网流量服务(可透过自身或一家或多家指定关联实体进行)，条件是相关条款须等同或优于其他服务供应商所提供的条件;及(b)智云旷士应将New World Resources视为核心战略客户，并在资源充足等条件下，优先满足New World Resources的运算能力与互联网流量需求。
