Lendlease Group (ASX:LLC) said that Chief Executive Tony Lombardo will step down in August after the release of the company's full-year financial results, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The board has engaged an international executive search firm to assist in finding a new group CEO, the filing added.
