ChainCatcher 消息，美股上市中国公司中驰车福互联科技有限公司宣布以约 11 亿美元完成对一家加密机构约 18.7 亿美元优质数字资产的收购谈判。
此次收购包括主流加密资产、具有高增长潜力的公链生态代币、与稳定币和合规支付相关的基础设施资产，以及多个优质项目的股权和代币。同时，中驰车福美国子公司已与该加密巨头达成原则性合作协议，双方将在数字资产库（DAT）开发、合规加密支付基础设施建设和多场景支付生态系统扩展方面展开深度合作，共同打造和引领全球加密货币数字资产库和加密支付市场。中驰车福管理层表示，此次逆周期数字资产收购标志着公司从“传统资产配置”进入“全球多元化数字资产配置”的新时代。
