2月11日金融一线消息，国务院新闻办公室今日举行新闻发布会，介绍2026“乐购新春”春节特别活动、保障春节市场供应有关情况。金融监管总局新闻发言人、政策研究司司长郭武平介绍，金融机构在节假日期间将保障适量网点开门营业，满足人民群众金融服务需求。加强支付保障，注重推进消费场景支付便利化，满足老年人、外籍来华人员等群体支付服务需求。加强风险保障，保险公司将针对购物餐饮、旅游出行、体育运动等各类消费场景开发新的保险产品，优化承保理赔服务。
郭武平表示，下一步，金融监管总局将继续加大金融政策支持，引导金融机构高效服务扩大内需战略，优化消费重点领域金融服务，持续提升消费金融服务质效。
