中国质量新闻网讯 近日，河北特检院承德分院应承德市双桥区城管局委托，组建专业技术团队开展承德市中心城区液化石油气瓶组气化站改造工程监督检验工作。该工程是承德市重点民生项目，覆盖双桥区30个供气小区，涉及6809米燃气管道的安装调试，惠及数千户居民的日常生活用气安全。
在监督检验过程中，承德分院技术人员严格依据特种设备安全技术规范，重点对管道焊接质量、压力试验等关键环节实施全程监督，并对施工中遇到的技术难题提供现场指导，协助施工单位优化流程，及时排查并消除安全隐患，确保施工环节符合安全技术标准。
据了解，此次改造工程覆盖范围广、技术难度大，承德分院推行“全程跟踪、重点把控、即时反馈”工作机制，力争实现质量隐患早发现、早处理。目前，监督检验工作正随工程进度稳步推进，承德分院将持续发挥专业技术优势，防范化解特种设备安全风险，保障管道安装全程质量可控、安全可靠。（供稿：河北特检院承德分院）
