近日，据知情人士独家透露，在2025年全年，中国电信产数业务中资源型业务的收入依旧有18家省公司未达时序进度，这意味着什么？
中国电信集团内部共计31家省公司，也就是还有58%以上的省公司没有按时完成任务，已超过一半以上省公司。
中国电信产数资源型业务也就是以资源租赁为核心，如IDC机房、云主机、网络宽带等，技术门槛相对较低，合同周期较短，多以年费制或按资源使用量计费，收益相对稳定但利润率较低。
如今，中国电信有一半以上省公司都没有达到目标任务，显然发展并不乐观。
据运营商财经网通信业务部主任郭彭琪表示，当下运营商政企市场整体发展趋向下滑状态，有效需求不足，且业内同质化竞争严重，大家也缺乏差异化竞争优势，长此以往靠价格战争抢市场，肯定不是长久之计。
