智通财经APP讯，易纬集团(03893)发布公告，本公司收到MKI关于将部分MKI可换股债券按换股价每股0.11港元转换有关本金额 330万港元的换股通知。换股及发行相关换股股份共计3000万股股份已于2026年2月11日完成(2026年2月11日换股)。
于发行该等换股股份后及于本公告日期，本公司已发行股份数目已增加至 3.97亿股，且换股股份占本公司紧接配发及发行换股股份前的已发行股本约 8.18%及占本公司经配发及发行换股股份扩大后的已发行股本约7.56%。MKI仍是本公司的最大股东，持有1.147亿股股份，占本公司于本公告日期经配发及发行换股股份扩大后的已发行股本约28.92%。
