消息面上，据上海有色网，受一分离厂年后停产引发的供应持续偏紧预期、叠加部分磁材大厂积极采购补库等因素支撑，叠加市场对后市看涨情绪持续升温，镨钕市场询盘活跃度显著提升，市场一改往年年底临近假期成交清淡的常态。2月9日，镨钕系品种价格迎来明显上涨：氧化镨钕均价升至805000元/吨，镨钕金属均价升至980000元/吨。
国投证券表示，预计白名单和配额指标刚性制约26年供给，预计内外需求稳定增长，新一轮补库周期可能启动，看好26年稀土中枢价格上涨。华源证券指出，政策面以及供应面偏紧支撑，氧化镨钕现货供应持续紧缺，上游持货商低价出货意愿较低。需求端，下游磁材企业由刚需采购转为备货采购。包钢股份和北方稀土一季度稀土精矿交易价格环比上涨2.4%，支撑稀土价格中枢上移。
