日本大选之后，日债表现比一些投资者担心的要好，部分原因是在投票前就已经提出的消费税下调看起来进展有些迟缓。日本财务大臣片山皋月补充说，减税两年后结束的计划没有改变，这让债券交易员感到安心。

　　此外，日元自周末以来走强，这对债券而言也是利好消息，因为避免了日元与日债之间形成负反馈循环的风险。本周固定收益投资者也更为放松，因为拍卖日程清淡，要到下周才会恢复，届时将进行5年期和20年期拍卖。

　　1月，日本财政前景令日债交易员感到不安，但这场债券波动现在看来越来越像是整体市场要稳定下来所必需的一环。与此同时，在大选前夕，收益率曲线已经消化了许多不利消息。

　　这使得日本国债将处于盘整阶段，最大的风险来自其他G-10债市的突发情况。
