Organon Shares Fall After 4Q Earnings Miss Expectations

Shares of Organon fell after the company reported fourth-quarter earnings below analysts' expectations.

The stock fell 13% to $6.67 and is down 55% over the past 12 months.

The company swung to a loss of $205 million, or 79 cents a share, from a profit of $109 million, or 42 cents a share, the year prior.

Adjusted earnings were 63 cents a share. Analysts polled by FactSet expected 73 cents a share.

Revenue fell 5% to $1.51 billion. Wall Street expected $1.53 billion.
