Technology stocks were rising premarket Thursday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) advancing by 0.5% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) up 1.3%.
Zebra Technologies (ZBRA) stock was up more than 13% after the company reported higher Q4 non-GAAP earnings and net sales. Zebra Technologies also said its board approved an additional $1 billion in share repurchases, bringing its total buyback authorization to more than $1.1 billion.
Cisco Systems (CSCO) shares were down more than 6% even after the company posted higher fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income and revenue.
AppLovin (APP) stock was down more than 7% even after the company reported higher Q4 net income from continuing operations and revenue.
