春节临近、春运正酣，能源保供进入关键阶段。2月11日，大型LNG船舶“中能北海”在潮州海事部门的全程交通管控和服务保障下，顺利进靠潮州华瀛LNG接收站码头。这是2026年春运潮州港迎来的首艘LNG船舶，也标志着潮州港LNG累计安全接卸量突破200万吨大关，大幅提升本地区天然气调峰保供能力。
为确保大型LNG船舶安全高效进港作业，潮州海事部门提前部署、精准发力，将LNG船舶运输保障纳入春运安全监管和服务保障重点工作清单。一方面，全面推行“网上办、马上办、一次办”模式，实现船舶抵港“零等待”高效通关，最大限度压缩船舶在港作业时间；另一方面，结合春运期间辖区通航环境、商渔船航行特点及海域气象情况，组织码头、引航、代理、拖轮等单位召开船前会进行会商，量身定制“一船一策”，逐项明确各环节安全管控要求，夯实作业安全基础。
船舶进港期间，潮州海事部门实施立体智慧监管模式，依托海事智管中心全过程监控船舶动态，指派海巡艇对进港航道实施现场交通管制，通过CCTV、智慧海事系统、无人机等对LNG船舶及辅助船队航经水域实施全范围实时管控，维持“安全区”清爽，确保船舶航行、靠泊作业全流程安全可控、畅通无阻。
