SINOPEC Engineering (Group) (HKG:2386) completed the conversion of nearly 220 million domestic shares held by CNPC into the same number of Hong Kong-listed shares on Thursday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
The listing of the converted shares on the Hong Kong bourse will begin at 9:00 am on Friday, the engineering and construction firm said.
