智通财经APP获悉，中船防务(00317)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.57%，报15.94港元，成交额9031.81万港元。
消息面上，中船防务近日公布，控股子公司中船黄埔文冲船舶有限公司与EVERGREEN MARINE(ASIA)签订16艘支线集装箱船建造合同，合同交易总金额7.36亿美元至8.96亿美元之间。计划2028-2030年或之前交付。合同的履行预计将对公司现金流及后续经营业绩产生积极影响。
值得注意的是，中船防务预计公司2025年归母净利润同比增长150%-197%。浙商证券发布研报称，2025年公司业绩显着增长主要系船舶产品收入及生产效率有所提升，产品毛利同比改善；联营企业经营业绩显着提升，参股公司分红金额增加，公司确认投资收益同比大幅增加。据悉，中船防务控股公司黄埔文冲与参股公司广船国际为核心造船企业。
