2月12日金融一线消息，郑州银行今日发布公告称，近日，该行董事会收到李红的辞职报告，其因个人原因辞去执行董事、行长、董事会风险管理委员会主任委员及委员、董事会消费者权益保护工作委员会主任委员及委员职务。李红执行董事原定任期至第八届董事会届满之日止，根据有关规定，其离任自辞职报告送达董事会之日起生效。

　　郑州银行表示：“李红女士在本行任职期间勤勉尽责，贯彻落实国家经济金融政策，服务实体经济，积极做好金融‘五篇大文章’，在推动全行战略落地和业务转型、提升风险管控能力等方面取得显著成效。本行董事会对李红女士任职期间作出的贡献表示衷心感谢。”
