卡夫亨氏新任首席执行官史蒂夫-卡希莱恩（Steve Cahillane）周三表示，卡夫亨氏已暂停正在进行的将公司一分为二的工作，并称公司面临的许多挑战 “是可以解决的，而且在我们的控制范围之内”。

　　卡夫亨氏股价在盘前交易中下跌约 5%。

　　卡夫和亨氏十年前合并时，卡夫亨氏从未实现预期的增长，9 月，卡夫亨氏首次 宣布计划分拆为两家公司-- 一家专注于食品杂货，另一家专注于调味酱和涂抹酱。

　　“我的首要任务是让企业恢复盈利性增长，这就需要确保所有资源都集中在执行我们的运营计划上。因此，我们认为暂停与分拆相关的工作是明智之举，今年我们将不再产生相关的负协同效应，”今年 1 月上任的 Cahillane说。

　　卡夫亨氏曾预计在 2026 年底完成分拆，并请来了业内资深人士、前凯洛格老板卡希莱恩来指导分拆工作。

　　卡夫亨氏与其他包装食品公司一样，一直在为价格较高的调味品和厨房主食需求疲软而苦苦挣扎，因为消费者在寻找更便宜的选择。

　　该公司预测 2026 年的有机净销售额将下降 1.5% 至 3.5%，并表示这一预测包括了美国食品券福利延迟带来的约 100 个基点的影响。

　　该公司表示，将把重点放在营销和研究上，投资 6 亿美元推动美国业务的复苏。
