智通财经APP讯，丰展控股(01826)发布公告，配售协议(经补充协议及日期为2026年1月23日有关配售协议的第二份补充协议(第二份补充协议)所修订)载列的所有条件已获达成，而配售事项已于2026年2月11日完成。
合共2.664亿股配售股份(相当于经配发及发行配售股份扩大后本公司已发行股本约16.67%)已获配售代理根据配售协议的条款及条件(经补充协议及第二份补充协议修订)按每股配售股份0.153港元的配售价向不少于六名承配人配售。
紧随完成后，股份的公众持股量已由约22.17%增加至约35.14%，从而使公众持股量恢复至上市规则所规定的最低订明百分比。
