Deluxe (DLX) said Wednesday it has agreed to sell its Safeguard business and distributor network to printing and promotional firm Proforma.
Financial terms of the transaction were not provided.
The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks, Deluxe said.
Shares of Deluxe were down more than 1% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
